Sterilizer YXQ.SG Series

Application: It is applied to plastic bag infusion sterilization with hot water.

Quality system: It is strictly designed and manufactured according to GMP Standard, ISO 9001-2000 quality system, China relative standards.

Safety system: Overpressure protection, safety interlock system, Overloading and short circuit protection.

Structure: ● Horizontal cylinder chamber, made of SS 304,finely ponished, covered by insolation material;

● Level-sliding double doors, drived by electric motor and sealed by compressed air(patent).

● GMP validation joint

Control System: PLC, Touch screen, Printer. Temperature, pressure, FO and other datas can be recorded or stored at any time.

Pipeline System: Plate heat exchanger; Water circulating pump, Pneumatic valve,spraying system, etc.
